A stockholders’ action was brought by E. F. Rand and others against the Oklahoma Southern Life Insurance Company, its officers and directors, seeking the appointment of a receiver for the insurance company. Upon the application of Rand, Evans A. Nash, an accountant, was appointed by the court to audit the bboks of the insurance company and report his findings to the court. Pursuant, to the order of the court Nash made the examination required and later submitted his report to the court.
