MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN D. BATES, District Judge.

Plaintiff Rhonda N. Baird brings this action against various officers of Local R3-77 (“Local”) and the National Association of Government Employees (“NAGE”). According to plaintiff, both the Local and NAGE (the national union to which the Local was affiliated during the relevant time period) have retaliated against her for exercising her protected right to speak out against union policies.
