MEMORANDUM OPINION

ELLEN SEGAL HUVELLE, District Judge.

Plaintiff Rhonda N. Baird has sued her employer, claiming discrimination on the basis of her race and sex, retaliation for engaging in protected activity, and a hos tile work environment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Before the Court is defendant’s motion to dismiss, or in the alternative, for summary judgment. For the reasons set forth below, defendant’s motion will be granted.
