Spencer v. Anderson

This is a creditor’s action to recover on unpaid subscriptions to the stock of the Medical Building Corporation. The plaintiff alleged and proved himself to be a judgment creditor of the corporation, he having commenced an action against the corporation on July 12, 1915, and secured a judgment thereon on December 31, 1917, against the corporation, upon which judgment an execution was taken out and returned unsatisfied.
