Opposing motions, filed on the same day in this court, demand decisions arising out of a novel procedural state. Defendant has moved for an order to enjoin the plaintiff from pursuing the *414state court default judgment, rendered by the Honorable Frank Eppes, Resident Judge of the Thirteenth South Carolina Judicial Circuit, at Greenville, South Carolina, on June 21, 1975.
