I. Introduction
Plaintiff, a resident of Texas, sued Union Pacific Railroad Company, a Delaware corporation, 1 in state court in Orange County, Texas for injuries he sustained when the truck he was driving collided with á Union Pacific train. Before me today, is the plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand to state court.
