ORDER
CHAPMAN, District Judge.
Originally instituted in the Court of Common Pleas for the County of Horry, South Carolina, this action was removed by defendant American Motors Sales Corporation [AMSC] to this Court on February 2, 1979. The circumstances surrounding the removal are far from typical and present what the Court ascertains as a novel question, requiring almost a complete circumspection of the removal provisions for its resolution.
