{¶ 2} Relators Larry Flynt and Jimmy Flynt have filed a complaint for a writ of prohibition and an alternative writ of prohibition against Judge Patrick T. Dinkelacker. The Flynts seek an order to prohibit Judge Dinkelacker from proceeding in the state’s prosecution of the Flynts on a 15-count indictment for the sale of sexually explicit material. Because the state has previously dismissed the indictment against the Flynts, we hold that the indictment cannot be reinstated and that Judge Dinkelacker lacks…
