This case comes before the court on the defendants’ motion for summary judgment on Professional Service Industries, Inc.’s (PSI) common law claims, pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 56. (Doc. 475)

David and Janet Kimbrell were the majority stockholders of Hall-Kimbrell Environmental Services, Inc. (Hall-Kimbrell), an environmental engineering corporation headquartered in Lawrence, Kansas.
