These are appeals by the several parties from one and the same judgment. The defendant appeals from all of the judgment “except that portion of said judgment in favor of the defendant and against the plaintiff as to the first and second counts of the complainf therein, alleging canses of action in favor of the plaintiff on his personal claim against said defendant.” The plaintiff appeals from that part of the judgment which was excepted from the defendant’s appeal, that is to say, that part of the judgment which reads as follows: “It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the causes…
