The plaintiff corporation sued for a decree canceling a promissory note for one hundred thousand dollars delivered by it to defendant Wails; to have annulled a trust deed made by it to defendant Wilson, as trustee, to secure said note; to have-canneled-certain stock certificates issued by plaintiff and held by defendants Manson, Jarmuth, and McGuinn, and for an .accounting by Manson to plaintiff.
