This action arose out of a collision between an automobile and an ambulance, in which plaintiff asserts that injury resulted to his person and property. Plaintiff filed an action to recover damages to his ambulance and a separate action for personal injuries. The personal injury case was tried first, resulting in a verdict for the defendant, and judgment was entered in accordance therewith.
