MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WARREN, District Judge.
On July 1, 1981, plaintiff Designs in Medicine, Inc. instituted this action against defendant Xomed, Inc. In its complaint, plaintiff alleges defendant violated the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law., Wis.Stat. § 135.01 et seq., when it terminated plaintiff’s dealership agreement on May 29,1981. On August 6, 1981, the Court heard oral argument on plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction. After listening to the parties’ arguments, the Court took the matter under advisement.
