The sole issue on this appeal is whether the district court properly denied a preliminary injunction.

Briefly, the facts appear to show that at the urging of one of defendant’s representatives, the individual plaintiff purchased the plaintiff-dealership for $950,000, including $250,000 for good will. He also invested $250,000 in the dealership for capital improvements.
