An ad hoc hearing committee found by clear and convincing evidence that Alvin Gilbert Douglass, a member of our Bar, had violated Rules 1.1(a), 1 1.3(a) and (c), 2 1.8(a), 3 1.8(g)(1) and (2), 4 and 1.16(d) 5 of the District of Columbia Rules of Professional Conduct.
