MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN D. BATES, District Judge.

Robert Hickey represented Charlene Scott in a successful sexual harassment suit before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) against her former employer, the Department of Energy. After Scott refused to pay her legal bills, Hickey sued her for breach of contract. She counterclaimed. He counterclaimed back. The parties fought over almost everything.
