Charles McKnight (McKnight), Theresa Barner (Barner) and Anthony Singleton Hall (Hall) appeal from a judgment entered by the district court1 on a jury verdict finding them guilty of one count of conspiracy to possess stolen mail and to use unauthorized access devices, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, and one count of using a social security number, not assigned to him or her, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 408. Hall also appeals his conviction for possession of stolen mail in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 1708 and the enhancement of his sentence made under sections…
