Defendants present their argument for reversal of this ease under four propositions, stated in the brief as follows:

Cl) Plaintiff had made a conclusive and binding election of remedies by pursuit of funds in the hands of the Central State Bank, which barred recourse against the makers of the note.(2) Plaintiff ratified the payment of the note to the Central State Bank, which ratification discharged^ these defendants from further liability.(3) Thei court erred in admitting incompetent evidence on behalf of plaintiff.(4) There were two questions of fact which should have…
