GILDEA, Chief Justice.

The case arises from a stock sale transaction, and we are asked to decide whether appellants are entitled to reformation or rescission of the transaction because two vacant lots were transferred in the stock sale. Appellant SCI Minnesota Funeral Services, Inc. (SCI) sold Crystal Lake Cemetery Association (Crystal Lake) to appellant Corinthian Enterprises, LLC (Corinthian) in a stock sale agreement.
