PATTEE, Superior Judge.
This is an action to recover damages for breach of a contract of employment as a schoolteacher. The complaint alleges that on the nineteenth day of April, 1916, the plaintiff entered into a written contract with the board of trustees of school district No. 2, by the terms of which he was employed as a school-teacher for the period of eight months; that in the month of September, 1916, he entered upon the performance of his duties pursuant to the contract, and continued in such performance until the twenty-eighth day of December, 1916, when he was notified that he was…
