¶1 Thomas Morgan appeals from his convictions for conspiracy to intimidate a witness and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop. Contrary to Morgan’s contention, the information by which Morgan was charged sufficiently alleged the elements of the crime of conspiracy to intimidate a witness. Morgan further contends that the jury was erroneously instructed that it must be unanimous in order to find that the State failed to prove the facts necessary to support the imposition of the school bus sentence enhancement.
