The plaintiff brought an application in January, 1966, to the Superior Court, under General Statutes § 52-410, for an order directing the defendant to proceed with arbitration in compliance with the uninsured motorist provisions in Part IV of an automobile insurance policy issued by the defendant to Page and Doris Porter, husband and wife, covering the operation of their Corvair automobile.
