This is an appeal by the American Oil & Refining Company, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, from a judgment of the district court of Oklahoma county refusing a permit to drill an oil and gas well within the U-7 drilling zone of Oklahoma City. The application was duly filed with the building superintendent, and from an order refusing to grant said permit an appeal was taken to the board of adjustment.
