J. L. Beveridge, building superintendent of the city of Oklahoma City, Bernice Owen, and the British American Oil Producing Company, who will be hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, have appealed from a judgment of the district court of Oklahoma county granting a permit to drill a well for oil and gas, to the Fairfax Oil Corporation, hereinafter referred to as defendant.
