LAVENDER, Justice.

This case was commenced in the District Court of Tulsa County by the filing, by the appellants herein, of a notice of appeal from an order of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Tulsa.

A certificate attached to the notice stated that such a notice of appeal had also been filed with the clerk of that board and with the city clerk, as provided in the statute now appearing as 11 O.S.1971 § 408.
