This is a compensation case. The appeal is taken by the respondent from a ruling of the district court reversing the decisions, findings, rulings and denial of award by the commissioner of workmen’s compensation and remanding the cause to the com*544missioner with directions to proceed in harmony with the findings of fact and conclusions of law made by the district court, to hear evidence of the claimant upon the question of disability, if any, and make and file findings and decision thereon.
