This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs motion for leave to file a third *828amended complaint [80], For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs motion for leave to file a third amended complaint [80] is denied and the claims against Defendants Wachovia Mortgage FSB and American Security Insurance, Inc. are dismissed with prejudice.
