CIRILLO, President Judge Emeritus:

National Union Fire Insurance Co. (National Union) appeals from the order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County granting summary judgment in favor of Appellees Barbara Devenny, individually and as the personal representative of the estate of her deceased husband, George De-venny, and Irex Corporation (Irex). We affirm.
