DECISION AND ORDER

CHARLES J. SIRAGUSA, District Judge.

INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs are suing to recover amounts which they maintain they are owed under a homeowner’s insurance policy issued by Defendant. Now before the Court is Defendant’s motion for partial summary judgment on Plaintiffs claim seeking additional living expenses. For the reasons that follow, the application is granted in part and denied in part.

BACKGROUND
