On March 25, 2013, the plaintiff Robert Aldrich (“Aldrich”), a prisoner in custody at MCI Shirley, in Shirley, Massachusetts, filed a civil rights action alleging: (1) a violation of his constitutional rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983; (2) a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2511 et seq.
