MEMORANDUM DECISION REGARDING THE PRECLUSION OF EXPERT REPORTS AND OTHER DISCOVERY ISSUES

The plaintiff commenced this adversary proceeding against Alex Mandl primarily to recover a constructive fraudulent transfer. This opinion resolves certain disputes between the parties concerning the recent production of three additional expert reports, the use of documents that the plaintiff acquired from an executive search firm, SpeneerStuart, and the plaintiffs cross-motion for sanctions arising from Mandl’s failure to comply with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure…
