LUCERO, Circuit Judge.
Ready Mixed Concrete Company petitions for review of a National Labor Relations Board order finding that it violated the National Labor Relations Act (the “Act”) by suspending and discharging its employee, Terry Teter, for his protected union activities. 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (3). The order requires Ready Mixed to reinstate Teter with backpay, expunge from Teter’s record any reference to the suspension or discharge, and cease and desist from discriminating against employees for union activities.
