MANION, Circuit Judge.
Antonio Maney and J.D. McClinton were truck drivers for Vulcan Basement Waterproofing of Illinois, Inc. On occasion they were known to be foul-mouthed, insubordinate, and sometimes even violent. They also became involved in organizing a union. Vulcan claims to have fired them for their gross misbehavior, but since the firing occurred in the midst of their union activity, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) found that Vulcan had committed an unfair labor practice.
