Garnishee, Deffner Law Firm, S.C., appeals a summary judgment awarding Milwaukee Stove & Furnace Supply Co. certain funds representing the net proceeds of an auction sale, including funds derived from the sale of property not yet put up for bids at the time of service of the garnishee summons.
