This is an appeal from a judgment in equity wherein a demurrer to the evidence of plaintiff was sustained and judgment rendered dissolving a temporary injunction. J. B. Harrell, Sr., sought to enjoin the collection, by execution, of a judgment of the county court of Carter county in cause No. 1498, rendered June 13, 1925. That judgment was rendered against the Harrell Drug Company and J. B. Harrell, Jr., son of plaintiff in error.
