The plaintiff recovered a judgment for $15,000 against The Kansas Gas &■ Electric Company and The Petroleum Products Company for damages alleged to have been caused by a shock-from wires negligently left by the defendants in a dangerous condition. Both defendants appeal. The charge in substance was .that the products company owned and operated an oil *498refinery in Independence, and employed electricity both for power and for light, purchasing the same from the electric company from its plant in the city of Independence, which electricity was…
