On the evening of the 3d day of July, 1913, a fifteen-year old boy was seen sitting upon the stone coping along the front of the plaintiff’s yard, and one of the plaintiff’s neighbors noticed that he did not move, and observ*158ing that his clothes were on fire, she called for help. The plaintiff hearing her call, rushed out into her yard to aid the boy, who was already dead, and when she touched him she received a severe electric shock, causing burns and other injuries on account of which she brought this action.
