This matter comes before the court on the motion by Healthcare Rehab Systems, Inc. (“HRS”), Doug Kosmin and James Luchansky (collectively, the “Defendants”) to dis qualify counsel for qui tam plaintiff Relator Cherry Hill Convalescent Center, Inc. (“CHCC”) and its expert consultant, the accounting firm of Heffler, Radetich & Saitta (“Heffler”).
