The action was in mandamus to compel the state auditor to register $400,000 principal amount of general obligation urban renewal bonds issued by the city of Kansas City, Kansas. Trial was by the court which found that resolution No. 15855 properly set out the purpose of the urban renewal bonds and was in accord with G. S. 1957 Supp. 17-4754 (d); that ordinance No. 41559, authorizing the issuance of the bonds, was in compliance with the statutes relating to the issuance of urban renewal general obligation bonds, and that G.
