The Court has before it Plaintiffs Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment to Preclude Plaintiff from Recovering Profits and Actual Damages, Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment to Preclude Plaintiff from Recovering Statutory Damages, and the materials submitted by the parties in relation thereto.
