For the fourth time we consider on appeal an aspect of Frederick E. Bouchat’s *306copyright infringement cause against the Baltimore Ravens football organization and National Football League entities for their unauthorized copying of a Ravens team logo, drawn by Bouchat, that was used for three seasons as the team’s official symbol.
