On March 26, 2010, Plaintiff Agence France Presse (“AFP”) filed a Complaint against photographer Daniel Morel seeking a declaration that AFP had not infringed Morel’s copyrights in certain photographs and alleging commercial defamation. (ComplA 3). In response, Morel filed counterclaims against AFP, Getty Images, Inc.
