RESTANI, Judge:
Petitioner-appellant A.N. Deringer, Inc. (“Deringer”) appeals from a decision of the United States District Court (Murtha, J.) for the District of Vermont, granting summary judgment for defendants and denying enforcement of a non-competition provision in an employment agreement. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse and remand for determination of damages and attorney’s fees.
