OPINION AND ORDER
SARGUS, District Judge.
Plaintiff brings this action under the Fair Labor -Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), on behalf of himself and all similarly situated employees of Defendant. Plaintiff also asserts supplemental state law claims under Chapter 4111 of the Ohio Revised Code.
