YOUNG, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This action was brought on behalf of current and former employees (“the Em ployees”) of Fidelity Employer Services Corporation (“Fidelity Corp.”) who worked in an analyst position — Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, Configuration Analyst, Project Analyst, and Reporting Analyst— as salaried employees and were classified as exempt from overtime pay requirements.
