WISDOM, Circuit Judge:
The plaintiff/app ellant asks this Court to review the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (Commissioner) denying his application for disability benefits. 1 Specifically, the plaintiff alleges that the Commissioner’s decision is erroneous because it is not supported by substantial evidence and does not properly weigh the opinion of the plaintiffs treating physicians. Additionally, he requests that this Court remand his case to the Commissioner to consider new evidence of his mental disability. We, however, agree with the findings of the earlier proceedings…
