The material facts stated in the bill are that in September, 1878, Hessie J. Shane; the wife of T. A. Shane, purchased the premises of Mary E. Hall, and the same were, by said Mary E. and C. H., her husband, then conveyed to said Hessie J., subject, however, to two certain mortgages thereon, executed by said Hall and wife, — the one on January 1, 1877, to Charles Swegle, to secure the payment of $1,500,'with interest at 1 per cent, per month; the other on September 7, 1878, to E.
