The issues raised by this appeal and cross appeal are:(1) Did the trial court sufficiently state its reasons for granting a new trial as is required by sec. 270.49 (2) , Stats.;(2) Did the trial court abuse its discretion in granting a new trial; and(3) Did the trial court err in not changing answers in the special verdict as requested by the plaintiff?
