This is an action of ejectment to recover the east half of a village lot in the Hancock Copper Mining Company’s addition to the village of Hancock. The plaintiff and the defendant John Samuel Fors are father and son.
It appears by the undisputed testimony that in 1900 Bernard Harris was the owner of the lot in question, and in April a contract had been made for the purchase of this lot. It is the claim of this defendant that this contract was made in his name.
