JOHNSON, Chief Justice.

This suit was filed by M. V. Mowery against the Southern Underwriters and the United Employers Casualty Company to set aside an award of the Industrial Accident Board of Texas, and to recover compensation for alleged disability resulting from personal injury accidentally sustained while working in the course of his employment with Stroud Cable Tool Drilling Company, which company was insured under the Workmen’s Compensation Act by defendants.
